Step 1 - Connection Call (10 minutes)
We’ll begin with a short chat to get to know one another. This is your chance to share your vision, ask questions, and see if I’m the right celebrant to tell your story.
Step 2 - Welcome Email & FAQs
After our chat, you’ll receive this welcome email with answers to common questions, what to expect, and the next steps in your ceremony journey.
Step 3 - Decision & Booking
If you feel I’m the right fit for you, simply confirm your booking by:
Paying your deposit (50%) or full balance
Once payment is received, your Ceremony Agreement/Contract will be sent for signing
Your date is officially secured once the deposit and contract are received.
Step 4 - Love Story Questionnaire
Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll send you a gentle set of questions to help me learn more about your love story; how you met, what you love about one another, and any special moments you’d like woven into your ceremony.
Step 5 - Planning Session (via Zoom 1 hour)
After you’ve returned your answers, we’ll meet for a planning session on Zoom to shape the flow of your ceremony; readings, rituals, music, and other meaningful touches.
Step 6 - Ceremony Draft
Following our meeting, I’ll create your first ceremony draft and email it to you for review. You’ll have time to read it, make any edits, and ensure it feels perfect to you.
Step 7 - Ceremony Preparation & Vow Review (via Zoom 30 minutes)
A Zoom session will be scheduled to review your vows, refine any final details and ensure everything feels aligned and complete before your special day. This time together allows us to flow through the ceremony structure, make any final adjustments, and ensure your vows truly reflect your love and intention.
Step 8 - Two Weeks Before the Wedding
A reminder email will be sent with details for your remaining balance (if applicable). This ensures everything is in place well before your big day.
Step 9 - One Week Before the Wedding
I’ll reach out with a final check-in to confirm all details - ceremony order, music, readings, timing, and any last-minute tweaks.
Step 10 - Your Wedding Day
Relax and enjoy - everything is taken care of.
I’ll arrive early to liaise with your photographer, musicians, and venue team.
Together, we’ll create a ceremony filled with love, laughter, and Celtic magic.
Step 11 - After Your Ceremony
You’ll receive a beautiful keepsake copy of your ceremony script and a heartfelt thank-you message from me. I may also gently invite you to share a short testimonial if you wish.

The Signature Celtic Ceremony Offering
A deeply heartfelt ceremony infused with all the sacred Celtic elements, featuring live harp music performed by me.
This package Includes:
- Every element described in the Celtic Ceremony offerings section at the top of the page.
- Live music with my harp, performed by me during your ceremony; you may choose up to three songs from my curated list, or request a special song of your own that I will happily learn for your day.
- Select three meaningful rituals from the Ritual Options list to be woven into your ceremony.
Investment €950 including travel (up to 2 hours from Laois to venue)
Investment €850 local travel (up to 20 mins from Laois to venue)
The Heartfelt Celtic Ceremony Package
An intimate and meaningful ceremony focusing on your connection and vows.
This package Includes:
- Every element described in the Celtic Ceremony offerings section below.
- Select two meaningful rituals from the Ritual Options list to be woven into your ceremony.
- Investment €750 including travel (up to 2 hours from Laois to venue)
- Investment €650 local travel (up to 20 mins from Laois to venue)
Both My Celtic Ceremony Offerings Include:
- Personalised ceremony written just for you.
- Connection call (10 minutes) and a Zoom planning session (1 hour)
- A Follow up practice Zoom session (30 minutes) before the wedding to finalise details & practice your vows.
- Full sound system (speaker and microphone) supplied by me.
- All readings printed for your chosen readers.
Optional Add-Ons (available with both offerings)
Live Celtic music during your drinks reception (1 hour)
Investment €400 - €1500 depending on how many musicians you want)
Celtic Drinks Blessing / Toast
Share a blessing & choose between blackberry brandy, whiskey, or ceremonial cacao.

Ritual Options
Choose rituals to be woven into your ceremony below that are included in both my Signature & Heartfelt offerings:
Candle Lighting Ceremony – A symbolic act of unity and new beginnings.
Handfasting Ceremony (Rope included in Signature Package) – The ancient Celtic tradition of “tying the knot.”
Sand Ceremony – Blending two sands to represent your joined paths.(supplied by you)
Jumping the Broom – A joyful ritual marking the crossing into a new chapter together.(Broom supplied by me)
Four Directions or Elements Invocation – Honoring the sacred energies of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
Brigid’s Well Blessing – Using sacred Irish spring water from Brigid’s Well to invoke purification, healing, and divine blessings.
Stone Oathing – A symbolic Celtic stone ritual using engraved Ogham stones to seal vows or blessings –perfect for vow renewals or ring-free ceremonies.
Ring Warming– Ring warming is a beautiful and deeply personal ritual that invites the community to infuse the couple’s wedding rings with love, blessings, and positive energy before they are exchanged. It’s a way to weave together not only the commitment between two people but also the support and spirit of everyone present.
